My stay at the hotel was lovely. The rooms were modern, clean, and well-equipped, although they still smelled of paint. The service was exceptional, with warm and helpful staff making my stay pleasant. The location was convenient, although the design with revolving doors made the restaurant uncomfortably cold. The hotel exceeded my expectations with its superb location, right across the road from the bus station and surrounded by numerous restaurants and stores. The room, although a bit small for two people, was cozy and quiet, maintaining that classic high standard of Holiday Inns and offering excellent value. The service was top-notch, with staff going out of their way to accommodate requests and provide professional assistance. The dining experience, while nice with a good selection, could have been improved with hotter plates and quicker food replenishment. Overall, a great stay for those looking for convenience and great service.
The hotel room, next to the lift shaft, was clean, tidy, and the en-suite was the same. The bed was super comfortable, and everything was very clean. Breakfast was very tasty, hot, and fresh with lots of choice.

The hotel is ideally situated, especially for shopping or theater visits. It's in the heart of Glasgow City Centre and conveniently located near the bus station for easy airport access. The staff are exceptionally friendly and helpful. However, I did have to upgrade my room for a better experience.
